Finishes of our wooden fire doors are divided into three choices:
1. HPL Finish
which means high pressure laminates, is our most recommended choice for you because of its advantage in anti-UV,high strength, fireproof performance, impact, water and humidity resistance. Thickness of HPL by us ranges from 0.5mm to 3mm, colors and texture on surface can also be customized as your request.
2. Baking Paint
We have two kinds of baking paint processes for your choice: Baking Paint with Veneer and Baking Paint with Mixed Oil. Both processes demonstrate more decorative beauty than other finishes, therefore the whole door looks more high-ended.
3.Melamine Finish
Zowor melamine finish is melamine paper pasted on the base of MDF board. Standard thickness is 0.5/0.6mm, size is normally 1220mm wide by 2440mm high, colors and surface texture can be chosen and customized as your request.
Package & Delivery
There are various kinds of package methods for you, one is standard package with PEP paper, foam plate and strong cartoons, one is with wooden pallet and wooden box is also available.
Package dimension is usually each 50mm more than door leaf sizes in width and height, and 15-20mm more in thickness.
Besides, standard package will make the door 2Kg heavier; And every wooden pallet weights itself 5kg, each wooden pallet can load max. 10 standard doors with frames.
